Fr. Mark T. Wilke, Pastor
A native of St. Joseph Parish, Dallastown, and attended Mount Saint Mary’s Seminary, Emmitsburg, MD, where he earned a Master’s of Divinity and a Master’s of Arts (Dogmatic Theology). Fr. Wilke was ordained to the priesthood on June 1, 2013 at St. Patrick Cathedral, Harrisburg. With his first Mass at St. Joseph Catholic Church Dallastown.
As a Priest, his variety of assignment includes Parochial Vicar of St. Francis Xavier, Gettysburg (June 2013 – October 2013), and Holy Name of Jesus, Harrisburg (October 2013 – June 2016); Chaplain of Bishop McDevitt High School, Harrisburg (August 2014 – June 2017); and Pastor of Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament, Harrisburg (June 2016 – June 2017), as well as Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish, Lewisburg, and Saint George Mission Church, Mifflinburg (June 2017 – June 2021). Most recently, he served as Pastor of St. John the Baptist, New Freedom (June 2021 – June 2025).
Fr. Wilke looks forward to serving as Pastor of Holy Trinity, keeping all of the People of Holy Trinity Parish in his daily prayers, and asks that we would pray for him.

Deacon Henry Reese, Permanent Deacon
Deacon James Doyle, Permanent Deacon, Retired
Deacon James (Jim) Doyle was ordained in 2010 by Bishop Rhodes for the Diocese of
Harrisburg.
Although officially retired, he was granted permission to remain active in ministry.
He had been active in several parishes in the Harrisburg area before becoming Music
Director at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church. He and his wife had served as foster parents for Catholic Charities for 15 years. He was involved in Prison Ministry in Harrisburg as well as after his relocation to Saint Anne’s retirement community, in Lancaster following the death of his wife in 2018.
Currently, he serves as co-Director for the Columbia Catholic Mental Health Ministry for
Holy Trinity and St. Peter parishes.
Sr. Anna Cosgrave, OSF
Sr. Anna Cosgrave, OSF, arrived at Holy Trinity, during the summer of 1976, to become Superior and teach in the school. She was transferred after six years but returned to Holy Trinity a year later on August 9, 1983.
Sister has been described as a person who “lives and loves for others.” During the decades she served as a pastoral assistant. In addition she works with seniors, tutors mentally challenged children, cleans, paints and helps those unable to perform such chores. A humble and pious individual who goes about her work in a very quiet manner.
Born in Knock, County Mayo, Ireland she entered the Sisters of St. Francis of Philadelphia as a candidate in March 1964 at Mallow, County Cork. Sister Anna made her first profession of vows on August 11, 1967 and her final vows six years later on August 11, 1973.
Her Bachelor of Arts degree in French was awarded at Our Lady of Angels College (now Neumann College) and a few years later she earned a Master of Arts degree in Religious Studies from St. John’s University.
On February 28, 1993, Sister Anna was named a recipient of the prestigious Jefferson Award. She was one of six individuals from the Susquehanna Valley to receive the honor during ceremonies at the Hershey Convention Center. Sister was recognized for outstanding service to the parish and the community of Columbia. This special national honor was bestowed by WGAL-TV.

Christine Horn, Parish Secretary
Christine Horn is the youngest daughter of the late Paul and Cleona Meisenbach who were lifelong members at Holy Trinity Parish. Christine attended Holy Trinity School as a child along with her seven other brothers and sisters. She is the mother of three sons, and one daughter. She is a grandmother to three adorable grandsons. After moving out of the area for several years, Christine moved back to Columbia and purchased her family home in 2017. Christine enjoys collecting antiques, shopping thrift stores, flower gardening, and spending time with her family. Christine joined the parish staff in the fall of 2020.

Faith Murphy, Director of Religious Formation and Catechesis
Faith is a lifelong member of Holy Trinity, and her education began in Our Lady of the Angels Catholic School. Faith went on to graduate Lancaster Catholic High School in 2017 and DeSales University with Bachelor’s Degrees in Catholic Theology and Dance in 2021. Faith coordinates the Parish Religious Education Program, organizes the formation of Catechumens and Candidates who desire to enter the Church through the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults, supports the Columbia Catholic Youth Ministry team, and coordinates opportunities for Adult Faith Formation.
